Helma ROTO, spol. s.r.o., member of the HELMA group, is a leader in the printing industry in the Czech Republic.
Brief history
Founded as an offset printing works in 1992, HELMA gradually expanded so as to be able to offer the widest possible selection of offset and other printing services.
Soon after its founding, the company subdivided into several specialized units which later became independent companies in their own right. In 1999 came the formation of Nakladatelství Helma s.r.o., now doing business under the name Helma 365, s.r.o. What began as a small publishing company grew into the largest publisher of calendar products on the Czech market and a major player on the European market. In 2005 the next new company was formed – the production company Helma Beta, s.r.o., and finally in 2010 the original printing works itself was transformed into Helma Tisk, s.r.o. Helma ROTO, spol. s.r.o. was founded in 1997, at that time still under the old name of Client Service, s.r.o.
